But Who's Counting?

Ben Smith just grabbed the second ascent of Ghislain's line Buck Teeth V10 at Chebucto Head. Incredibly, this stunning line has stood unreapeated for an astonishing 17 years! But who's counting? This likely has something to do with less than flattering coverage in Todd Foster's video Eastern Tides.

In Eastern Tides, Young Ben Blakney throws himself at the line with greusome results. Ben has a reputation for strong climbing and extreme tenacity, so his finger injuries were enough to scare off any would be suiters for nearly two decades. Completely understandable.

In reality, Buck Teeth is a stunning line, with intracate movement, in a breathtaking location. There is also a futuristic low start project that has been confirmed possible with linkage of all the moves.

Ben also snagged an impressive 3rd ascent which was required due to a camera malfuction. But who's counting?
