Just Testing

Progress is in climbing is tricky. There are so many variables.

Ghislain's La mer a boire V8 at Area 51 in the LOC is a great climb to guage progress. Brought to you by the climber who did the first ascent of Blacksmith V9, Bop Gun Direct V9, Full house V8 (unrepeated). A master of big pulls on small holds. You know it's going to be hard.

Pure, painful, powerful. Most people will be warming up on Kleos V10 before successfully pulling the start holds on La Mer A Boire. Zig was really fucking strong.

As for me, I'm not there yet, back to the gym and I'll recheck in a few months. Click on the GIF to see the failure in action.
