Pop quiz!

What should you do if you come across an obvious line that you lack the ability to get done?

A) Jump from the ground, skip the crux, and claim the first ascent!
B) Work it as a project - and if you can't send, leave it as a project for future climbers

This test isn't graded on a curve: pick A and fail.

Jump starts are questionable at the best of time, but Top 6 @ 6 is an eggregious case of jumping past the crux to snag the FA. It climbs obviously and consistently from a convential stand. Ironically, it's an actual V6 from the stand (jump cheat is V4). Climb it again for the first time, it feels way better when you don't cheat yourself!
